Do not believe anything that Guest Services Worldwide has to say. They will over promise and under deliver.

They stop all communication once they have full payment. Their "bespoke" brochure preys on small businesses. We are moving towards a class action suit and are looking for other businesses that have had the same experience. You can reach us at margo@bfabmobile.com The company operates under the guise of these large hotels which are also to blame.

The Hyatt hires this company to get their maps printed on the backs of the local small businesses.

We have never received any communication that was not solicited by us from the hotel. It is the Hyatt's good name that is on the line when they hire companies like Guest Services Worldwide.
